Here, we will try to help you to chose between two head to head devices by making comparison between them. So, today we are gonna compare two budget devices- Xiaomi Mi3 & Xolo Play 8X-1100.
1. Design: Both the phones have decent looks. The Xiaomi Mi3 is all about Glass & Metals while the Xolo Play 8X-1100 comes with a plastic body. But, the glasses & metals are arranged beautifully enough in the Xiaomi device to leave behind the Xolo.
So, Xiaomi beats the Xolo in case of design.
2. Smoothness: Both of them are packed with 2 GB of RAM. Xolo Play comes with a octa core processor clocking @1.7 GHz while Mi3 has a 2.3 Ghz Snapdragon 800 processor which has 4 cores. Despite having 8 cores in its SoC , we give priority to Mi3 as the Snapdragon 800 is newer. In case of GPU, Xolo wins the race. It comes with 700 MHz Mali 450 in comparison to Xiaomi's Adreno 330.
3. Camera: It is the best part for the Xolo Play 8X-1100. It comes packed with a 13 MP rear camera with Sony Exmor RS Sensor and autofocus. It also features a 5 MP front shooter with 88° wide angle and BSI Sensor. Xiaomi's Mi3 also features (13+5) MP cameras but they are nothing in front of the Sony Exmor sensor.
4. External Memory: Mi3 again disappoints here. It comes with fixes memory (16GB & 64 GB) with no option for SD cards. On the other hand, Xolo Play allows to insert an SD Card upto 32 GB in addition to its 8 GB internal memory.
5. Price: The devices are priced damn perfectly. Xiaomi prices its Mi3 @ ₹13,999 exclusively on Flipkart while Xolo prices its Play 8X-1100 @ ₹14,490.
